特内里费南机场(西班牙语:Aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur)(IATA:TFS,ICAO:GCTS),也称为特内里费南雷纳索菲亚机场,是特内里费岛上两座国际机场中较大的一座(另一座是特内里费北机场),也是加那利群岛第二繁忙的机场(仅次于大加那利机场)。
该机场位于格拉纳迪利亚德阿沃纳市,2018 年客流量超过 1100 万人次。加上特内里费北机场,该岛是加那利群岛客流量最大的岛屿,客流量达 12,248,673 人次,超过了大加那利机场。
20 世纪 60 年代末,特内里费岛当局发现需要在新地点建造第二个机场,因为现有机场(当时称为“洛斯罗迪奥斯机场”),现称为特内里费北部 - 拉古纳城机场,由于恶劣的天气条件,尤其是在有雾的情况下能见度低,不符合技术要求;历史上最致命的航空事故就是一个例证,1977 年,两架波音 747 飞机在洛斯罗迪奥斯跑道上相撞,造成 583 人死亡,部分原因是能见度极低。
仅仅 20 个月后,人们仍对这场灾难记忆犹新,新机场于 1978 年 11 月 6 日由西班牙王后索菲亚主持揭幕,并以她的名字命名。首班航班是伊比利亚航空从兰萨罗特岛起飞的 IB187 航班,由麦克唐纳道格拉斯 DC-9 飞机执飞,于 10:17 降落。机场建于托马斯泽罗洛机场附近,该机场在 TFS 开业时关闭。到第一年年底,已有 100 万名乘客通过了该机场。
1980 年 6 月,维萨开通了飞往加拉加斯的航班。这条航线为居住在委内瑞拉的大部分加那利群岛侨民提供服务。该航空公司于 1997 年停止运营,之后 Avensa 开始运营这条航线。由于财务问题,Avensa 后来让圣巴巴拉航空公司接管其飞往西班牙的航班,然后开始在这些航班上进行代码共享。2002 年 10 月,圣巴巴拉航空公司使用麦克唐纳道格拉斯 DC-10 开始为雷纳索非亚机场提供服务。四个月后,它改用特内里费北机场。
联合航空于 2022 年 6 月开通了从纽瓦克飞往特内里费岛的每周三次航班,使用波音 757-200。
特内里费岛南机场由一座三层楼的客运航站楼组成,采用经典的砖砌风格。主楼层 0 楼设有所有值机和服务柜台、出发候机区以及到达和主行李领取处。出发区设有 40 个登机口,其中 10 个配有登机桥。上层 1 楼设有办公空间和过境走廊,地下 1 楼设有额外的行李传送带。

公共巴士服务 TITSA 为岛屿的各个部分提供服务。343 号线连接南机场 (TFS) 和特内里费北机场 (TFN)。计划中的 Tren del Sur 线(如果建成)将为机场提供服务。
特内里费南机场有几家经 AENA 授权的汽车租赁公司。这些公司位于国内和国际航班的到达大厅。机场外还有其他汽车租赁公司,但它们未获得 AENA 授权。
